I am an extremely passionate, positive, innovative and motivated individual. With 29 years of experience, I have a primary focus on the next generation consumer, its evolution and the experience that the customer had. As an analyst, I maintain a deep understanding of business management, intelligence and data analytics, strategy, business metrics and the behaviours driving each component of the business, especially the customer experience. Besides completing many other courses, I hold a Masters degree Commerce, Advanced and Post-graduate diplomas in Project and Programme Management, I completed a programme in Business Management and an engineering diploma in Telecommunications. My life goal is to do what I love, and love what I do. And this means to keep moving, to stay "hungry" and to continuously find ways to grow - both as human being and professional.
